Sushant Singh Rajput's death his sparked debates around so many dark secrets of the entertainment industry; be it depression, nepotism or workplace bullying. Now, a lot of celebrities are opening up about their ordeals about the same. The latest ones to jump onto the bandwagon are actresses Hina Khan and Ayesha Takia. Taking to their Instagram accounts, Hina and Ayesha opened up facing online trolls and workplace bullying. While the former Bigg Boss contestant shared it on her story, along with a few no-makeup look pictures, Ayesha recalled her experience by penning a long note.
The first picture shared by Hina Khan had a caption that read, "Took a lot of losses, had to bounce back." She continued, "Too tired but we will bounce back," "Pick up the pieces, gather yourself. We will fight back." Coming to Ayesha, she took an effort to spread awareness about bullying and how should one deal with it, since she has experienced it first-hand. Her caption read, "Having personally been through many incidents of trolling and workplace bullying...I wish to spread the word about this and I want you to speak up please if someone is making you feel less, small or worthless. Please know that you are incredible and unique. You are meant to be here and fight for what you deserve. You are bright and different, you must not let them win."
She added, "Pls speak to someone. Reach out. Keep a diary or talk online about anyone pulling you down, don’t take shit! I know this is easier to say than do but you have to, you need to, you will find some one to listen. We need this world to be a kind place for our future generations and for their sake we must make sure that love and kindness lead the way. Pls be nice to people, be kind and sensitive because you have no idea how fragile or what hardship someone is going through."
